As a recognized Gartner Cool Vendor in 2023, sustaining lead volume while improving lead quality became a critical priority for Seemplicity heading into 2024. Operating on a slightly reduced budget, the challenge was not just maintaining momentum but also ensuring leads could more effectively convert into clients.

Midway through Q2 2024, the client experienced a transition in points of contact, further complicating the landscape. Additionally, switching agencies to (un)Common Logic in Q2 2024 required seamless onboarding and immediate performance improvements to address their goals.

Our Approach

(un)Common Logic refined audience targeting by focusing on job titles with strong conversion history, job skills, and member groups like “Threat and Vulnerability Management.” We optimized the client’s ABM strategy by removing companies that didn’t meet ICP criteria and tested competitor audiences to uncover new opportunities.

Ad creative testing, including single-image vs. document ads, revealed document ads as the clear winner in lead volume and CPL. By consistently refining audiences and campaigns, we improved lead quality and sustained results on a lean budget.

Results

Following Seemplicity’s recognition as a Gartner Cool Vendor, (un)Common Logic helped extend that momentum into the next quarter—growing total leads from 253 to 294 (a 16% increase), while decreasing Cost Per Lead by 26% (from $299 to $220). Strategic refinements included audience targeting improvements, format testing, and ad rotation to boost impressions and efficiency. Despite a 14% reduction in spend, performance held strong, thanks to ongoing copy analysis and high-performing ad variations. Lead form enhancements—like adding phone number and LinkedIn profile fields—further improved lead quality without sacrificing volume, making it easier for the sales team to qualify and convert prospects.
