One of our clients offers a pre-hire candidate assessment that gives companies the tools to find high-performing sales representatives. Despite achieving strong conversion rates in earlier years, the client began to report stagnant lead growth. Their website no longer matched user expectations or competitive benchmarks. To reignite performance, they needed to modernize their digital experience and drive 2x more leads through the site.

Our Approach

Our team of CRO experts combined several CRO tests and improvements over the past 4 months. This strategy focused on sitewide optimizations (primary service page), blog pages, and specific PPC page updates to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Results

(un)Common Logic focused CRO efforts on the most critical points in the conversion funnel, including the primary service and contact pages—resulting in 54 additional leads, a 19% increase overall. A newly designed and rewritten variation of the service page delivered a 193% lift in conversion rate compared to the original. On the blog, updates to key messaging and CTA placement led to a 71% increase in blog page CVR, turning more organic traffic into qualified leads.
