Michael Pace

CRO Specialist

Michael's experience as a designer combined with his passion for technology and data make him the ideal CRO Specialist.
What is your background?

I was born, raised, and spent most of my adult life in New Jersey. In high school, I became interested in art and graphic design, pursuing the latter in college. My early career was designing logos, eBooks, and other marketing collateral. From there I became more involved with web design, which is when I started to feel like something was missing – data. I could create beautiful designs but could never be 100% sure how those websites resonated with the people using them. That is when I began to understand the critical role that testing and data plays in understanding your users and making your work more impactful.

What are your responsibilities at (un)Common Logic?

I provide conversion rate optimization (CRO) services for our clients, and I also make sure that the digital marketing analysts have the tactical and strategic support they need from me in order to make sure their clients are getting the most out of their CRO program. On a higher level, one of my most important goals is to improve, enhance, and streamline CRO as a product.

What's your favorite thing about working at (un)Common Logic?

My favorite part about working at (un)Common Logic is the work environment – colleagues are personable and supportive - as a whole, the team lives up to the company values.

What's the most challenging aspect of your job?

The most challenging aspect of CRO, like many fields in digital marketing, is being able to not only adapt but ideally staying ahead of the curve. CRO in particular is rapidly evolving, from cookie policies to major updates in tools used to perform analysis.
