What do you want businesses looking for digital marketing services to know?
Businesses don’t have to settle for a lack of communication and transparency with their digital marketing agencies. At Unfair Advantage, we focus on delivering excellent results and expect our clients to hold us accountable for those results. For our clients, the best way to for us to deliver the results that meet their goals is through transparent communication about what we’re doing and how we’re getting there.
What do you enjoy most about serving businesses newer to digital marketing?
We’re a small business ourselves and enjoy the opportunity to help businesses succeed and grow. Our efforts can quickly impact a company’s bottom line and we really enjoy knowing that we helped level up a business.
How does the team feel about this new endeavor?
We’re excited! Being able to work directly with business owners, knowing how quickly our work impacts these companies’ ability to grow and how that affects their local economy is very rewarding.
What’s been the biggest challenge for Unfair Advantage to date?
Refining our tactics to deliver the right mix of activities for each client to deliver the best possible results while staying within each client’s budget. We’ve learned so much in a short time and we know this is just the beginning of delivering excellence and success for ourselves and our clients.
